Scope of work
Every engagement is defined in a written proposal covering deliverables, timelines and fees. Anything outside that document is out of scope until both sides agree to add it in writing.
Fees and payment
Retainers are billed monthly in advance; project work is billed against agreed milestones. Invoices are payable within the term stated on the invoice.
Term and notice
Retainers run for a minimum of three months so there is enough runway to prove the work, then continue month to month with thirty days' written notice on either side.
Ownership of work
On payment, all deliverables we produce for you — footage, edits, ad creative, copy and site files — are yours outright, and are handed over in source format on request.
Your responsibilities
Timely access to ad accounts, analytics and social profiles, and timely feedback on drafts. Delays in either shift timelines accordingly.
Confidentiality
We treat your commercial information as confidential and will sign an NDA before receiving anything sensitive. We ask the same of you regarding our methods and pricing.
Results
We commit to the work, the reporting and the standard of both. We do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes, because no honest agency can — outcomes depend on product, pricing, market and factors outside our control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Rohtak, Haryana having jurisdiction.
